She is very professional, thorough and customer oriented. We were very impressed with her in the very first showing, did not expect that we would have same experience every time, kudos to her our experience was awesome. She made it! We at the least saw 25 proprieties before we settled with one. We worked together for 6 months, and she respected each one of our decision while providing valuable inputs when needed. Gemini was Godsent to us as we had relocated to another state before selling our house. Gemini took care of our house as her own. She undertook minor repairs in our house as if it were her own house. She is very active and quick thinker and that’s the person you need when selling your house especially if you are physically not in the same state as your house. She is a great negotiator and will fight for her client to get them a fair deal. She knows Cincinnati like back of her hand and can use that knowledge to your advantage. Also, she is very honest and will tell you if you are on the wrong path with pricing or any other issue. Hire her especially if you are relocating. I can’t stress this fact enough. We had terrible experience with another realtor and that’s why we had to switch to Gemini. And I am glad that I did!!!

Gemini went out of her ways to personally attend to the property, showing readiness, showings and follow-ups. We had quite a few interest and couple of offers and she did her tremendous best to make those into real gains for us. At times it was excruciatingly painful and buyer agents were really hard bargainers but Gemini guided us well thru the negotiation and process. We had a successful transaction and it was because of tireless efforts from Gemini.Gemini has best interest of you in mind and she will deal with the process as if it's her own property.
