We loved working with Julie Gribben. My roommate had Julie as her realtor when she bought and sold her last home. So she came highly recommended. Julie made the home buying process less stressful. When our first contract fell thru (thru no fault of hers at all) she called while she was out of town and talked us thru the process and next steps. She kept in frequent contact with us and we never had to worry about how things were progressing throughout the entire process. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family! We even asked her for some of her business cards to hand out to a coworker we knew was planning to sell in the near future.
