Tammy is THE BEST! This lady cannot disappoint. I was visiting and only had a short amount of time to look at homes, I was with a different Agent first and she apparently did not want the sale. She was almost discouraging me from looking at more homes. So then I contact Tammy. OMG this lady lined up more viewings in 24hrs then I thought was possible to even see in a day. She had details and knowledge about each listing that showed me her knowledge of the industry, which I SUPER appreciated. When we settled on a short sale home, knowing that it would be a process that took time, Tammy was on it. She called the Bank and their agent everyday to make sure our paperwork didn't get lost. We had the keys within 4months and I truly think if Tammy had not been on it, it would have been double that long to close on the house. We recently relocated to the Hilliard area and wanted a home that would allow our daughter to attend Hilliard Heritage Middle School/Hilliard Darby High School. Tammy was extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and what was available within our price range. She was readily available to answer questions and provide showings. Upon finding the home that we wanted, Tammy worked with the seller's realtor to come to terms that were agreeable to both parties. This meant negotiating our contract while out-of-town on vacation; something that was greatly appreciated as other realtors would have turned us over to an associate. Our family had the pleasure of working with Tammy in 2006 when we were looking for a home to accommodate our growing family. She provided high-quality assistance that was professional, personable, and reliable. We had many ups and downs while trying to determine the best location and type of house for us, as well as securing financing. Tammy stuck by us through it all and I felt as if she was "on-call" in attending to our needs. We probably won't plan to move again for at least 2-3 more years, but I am eagerly looking forward to working with Tammy again in both selling our current home and finding a new one.
