The sale of the house on Kenzie Lane was complicated. It belonged to my aunt who was living in a memorycare facility. I, as her legal guardian, was responsible for clearing the house of my aunt's personal belongings, getting it ready for the market and signing for the sale. Lynne Elledge was my realtor. Like a guardian angel, she was beside me every step of the way. She worked with me on finding a company to clear the house and sell all the contents. She had a list of contacts to help prep the house for the sale: the carpet rep to put in all new carpet, the painter and repair man, and the stager who did an excellent job making the place so appealing to a potential buyer. Since I was a legal guardian, the probate court of Franklin County was involved throughout the process, which added a great deal of stress to the sale. Lynne was patient and persevered through all the steps required to get the sale approved by the courts. The courts were slow and the sale was a nail biter up to and including the day of the closing. Lynne stayed strong and was a great support to me as I went through the maze of requirements and paperwork. I highly recommend her

We met lynne last year when we were thinking of selling our house and buy a new one. we were interested in a property, we met her there and we were very impressed by the amount of knowledge that she had about property, and area and how she advised us to move forward. we then decided to move forward by selling our house this year .
