Kristina was amazing and prompt with us every step of the way. Not only did she help us find the perfect house but at times me and my husband where both afraid and full of anxiety that we wouldn't find a house in time for us to move and Kristina was there to reassure us that she would find us the home we wanted. Kristina had found me the perfect home after the initial home I was interested in didn’t meet my desired inspection results with the seller. I am very pleased with the level of service and the promptness of commitment from Kristina. She also went out of her way on several occasions including picking up my keys for me after closing and delivering it to my mother while I was out of town. I would definitely refer her to others. She is also very well rounded and knowledgeable about the mortgage business and housing market in general. I have a lot of problems with allergies. Kristina Green was very good about only showing me places that did not have dogs or cats. The previous broker I had wasted a lot of my time showing me places I could not possibly move into. Kristina showed me completely acceptable homes the very first day. As I refined what I was looking for, she refined what she was showing me. I also appreciate the help she has given me by explaining the process clearly as it moved along.

She was not pushy! It was our choice she was just presenting herself as an option. Kristina was so knowledgeable about her job, marketing, creative ways to present our property. We met Kristina last September at an open house. At that time we were just looking and not ready to make a purchase. When we were more serious we contacted Kristina. We changed the type of dwelling we were looking for a couple of times and the market was crazy. We went out with Kristina many times to look at houses over about a five month period. She was always patient with us. When we did find the house we wanted there was another issue and we decided to pass on it. By the time it came on the market a third time she had researched what it would take to mitigate the issue and worked on an offer. We got the house for the new offer which was much less than asking price. She is still helping us with finding people to do the work that needs to be done before we can move in. Thank you.

I could not have asked more from Kristina Green. She was always available for anything that might of come to light during this process. She was always friendly and professional when dealing with anything I asked of her. Also, Kristina was very respectful to me and my property during our time together. Kristina has such a wonderful personality and acted in a way that showed she cared about our needs.We had a few problems with getting our property ready for sell and at Kristina's advice, we were able to correct these problems fast and move forward quickly to resolve. She was always ready with great solutions thanks to her knowledge. I must put this out there, Kristina Green was the most reliable, understanding of my needs, courteous, kind and professional person for the sale of my property. I was worried about the process, hearing stories of the dreaded selling process, but after I met with and dealt with Kristina on a daily basis, my worries were no more.
