Zachary went above and beyond to help with the sale of my aunt's property. He understood the "let's get this sold quickly" assignment, for sure! Zach was knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. And if he wasn't sure about the answer to one of my questions, he knew who to ask to find the best answer possible. 15/10 recommend Zach for anyone buying or selling a home!

I asked a friend of mine who knew zachary after getting his mail flyer. He gave him high recommendationZachary was excellent in keeping track of all details involved with selling house and buying condo. I told him i really needed him for that as i had been in same house for 25 years and was out of touch with processes.Zachary was always quick to respond to text and emails. I had alot of questions and possible actions to get his feedback on and he was always available.Im glad we sold and bought at same time and that zachary kept track of the details....and im glad its over. I will recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy.

My husband and I were connected with Zachary through realtor.com and knew little about the home buying process. From day one, Zach was courteous and informative. He was always there at a moments notice when we wanted to see a new home or had questions. Most importantly, he made us feel like we were looking for a home with a friend. In this fast paced, high stress market, it was nice to know that we had Zach in our corner!

Zachery wishon was very understanding of my situation. He insisted the choice was mine to make on any decisions going forward. He was very honest.Zachery wishon was always available to help out when I had any questions or concerns. I felt comforted in knowing my house was in good hands. I knew he was right on it to help get it sold. He was very experienced and knowledgeable about everything concerned about the sale of my home.I know I had more problems than the average. But zachery was always patient and went out of his way to help me understand things that I didn't know about all the situations that occured. He didn't give up until the job was done.I think they worked very well as a team. Especially at the end when we almost weren't able to close. They helped zachery to get the paperwork in time that we needed. They were great.When we had problems with the title company zachery did not give up until he saw the problem was taken care of.I know he worked overtime getting it done. I d ont know what I would of done if he hadn't of saw this sell through. He ran into more than average problems but didn't give up.
