Donna was a realtor that I found online through Zillow and the year of 2011. Our use Donna for the purchase of my very own first house, she was very thorough honest and realistic. The purchase of my first house went very smoothly, and I filled it was also an educational experience because I knew nothing about the process of buying a house. So because of The positive vibes that I received from Donna with my first purchase it felt natural to use Donna to sell that house, and purchase a new house. I was having problems locating a contingency contract and Donna gave me the honest recommendation of building my own house. Donna made me realize that building a house is not as expensive as I thought it was and that this could be a reality of mine. Therefore I went forth with building my dream homeTherefore I went forth with building my dream home, and I sold my first home. Well selling my first home we ran into a roadblock because my first buyer decided that he was not going to purchase the house to days before I scheduled closing, I was discouraged and upset however Donna made me realize that she would be able to find me a new buyer that would purchase my house for even more money, she stuck to your word in this house sold after being on the market about a total of five days. I am now enjoying apartment living as I wait For the completion of my new build house. I am very happy to call Donna friend, and she is a wonderful weird realtor that I would gladly recommend to all of my friends and family.

Donna Brozovich will be my real estate agent until she retires and I will refer her to others as often as I can. She excelled at all of the normal "agent duties" but she really held this deal together through every obstacle along the way, and there were many. I had given up hope on obtaining the property after an undervalued appraisal came back that dramatically lowered my available mortgage amount. Donna took charge of the situation and spent her Sunday evening gathering new comparables, sent them to my mortgage company, and basically overturned the appraisal to be officially increased $10K...amazing. Without that, I would not have been able to afford the down payment and would not be living in this house today.

I can't say enough about Donna's professionalism, true caring nature, and extensive knowledge/connections. Donna clearly takes pride in doing a good job. In my particular case as a buyer of a home, there were a few minor rough spots on the road to closing and in every instance Donna was a great help. She was extremely responsive and thoughtful in her recommendations.

Without a doubt, Donna exceeds all of these qualities listed above! Friendly, caring, kind, approachable... you name it, she has it! Being first time homebuyers, my husband and I needed a lot of guidance. Donna gracefully walked my husband and I through the entire process, making it very easy for us to understand. No matter what questions we had (and there were many), she never hesitated to answer ANYTIME and was always so understanding. There were times we felt discouraged due to the market and when we shared these feelings with her she always stayed positive, stating, "It will happen when its the right home for you".. and IT DID! We are over the moon with our new home and it would not have been possible without Donna's perseverance and hard work. What we loved most about her, is her compassion and commitment to serve. We could tell right away she loves what she does and would not stop until we found the perfect home! She is so easy to connect with and we can not thank her enough for the hard work she put in so my husband and I could start our new adventure! This was our first homebuying experience. From the beginning, Donna was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as we had many, many questions and concerns. She walked us through every aspect of the process (and again when we asked for clarification) happily. Even when our closing was three weeks late, Donna was always in contact with us, the sellers, and the bank trying to get everything squared away. On that note, I do NOT recommend US Bank Home Mortgage for your lender as they are unprofessional, inefficient, and lack any real drive to help the customer. Donna was wonderful, though!

We have purchased and sold a home and have worked with a decent realtor and a mediocre realtor. Donna was exceptional and did an unbelievably awesome job from start to finish. She worked with us as a buyer's agent and was not only kind and available/responsive, she was incredibly knowledgeable of the local market. We can't recommend her enough and she will guide you through the many stressful issues that come with finding (and buying) a home.

Donna was very helpful from the beginning. This was our first home-buying experience, and she made sure to walk us through every step with patience. She was very up front and honest, showing us issues to look out for in certain houses, explaining the repair process for different things. She didn't put any pressure on us to pick a house before we were ready, but the minute we gave her the go-ahead, the process was quick and painless. With Donna came recommendations for an amazing lender, a great inspector, and a fabulous roofer who we'll continue to use as long as we're in the Columbus area. She has years of experience under her belt, and she'll treat every client like they're the only people she's working with.

I would recommend Donna to anyone who is looking to buy a home. She checked in with me frequently and kept me updated on what was going on. When I was feeling a little stressed and overwhelmed with the processes she was there to ease my mind. Had it not been for Donna we wouldn’t have been able to move in to our house as soon as we did. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients!
I love the house we purchased, but if I ever need to purchase another one I will most definitely give Donna a call. SHE WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH!
