Michelle Smith was amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience. She was patient, kind and professional. Issues with our home came up during inspection and sellers agreed to fix the problems. Michelle stayed on top of the situation and fought for us when the seller was not keeping up with his end of the agreement. I would (and did) recommend her to family and friends. Not only did Michelle help make our dream of owning a home come true but she also did for my daughter as well. We both closed on our homes 2 days apart. We worked with Michelle off and on for about 2 years until we finally found the house for us. During that time Michelle was always pleasant and helpful, never pushy or overbearing. We appreciated that she gave us space to work at our own pace. When we finally found our home, she was prompt and accurate with all the paperwork, and went above and beyond in negotiating us a great deal. We highly recommend Michelle.
