Jeff Kusner sold my sister, Bobbie, the recently sold property, many years ago. My sister passed away in mid August 2025, and I had to make the difficult decision to sell her condo. Jeff and his wife, Chris, also live in the Colony Condominum community and became good friends of my sister which is how I met them as well.
