Sandy could not have been more patient! She provided us with a wealth of knowledge and never made us feel like we were being annoying no matter how many times we asked the same question. She is a very good educator as well. Although we have owned homes in the past, it has been almost 20 years since buying our last one and so much has changed. We really appreciated the time and attention that Sandy provided so that we could understand all that we needed to.

"Sandy Brownfield did an excellent job as our real estate agent. She listened to our needs and immediately began to search, .looked at a few trailers prior and told her of likes and dislikes . I think it was the 3rd or 4th one we looked at and she nailed it .Sandy Brownfield walked us through everything with ease on our part and kept in touch with us . She was always very pleasant and listened to any concerns there were . Guided us every step of the way i would highly recommend her to anyone. Sandy Brownfield was very professional at all times and was knowledgeable. If the answer was not there she found it out . Sandy Brownfield was FANTASTIC! She listened to our needs and helped us find the home of our dreams! She patiently showed us many homes before finding the one for our family. She has a great eye for detail and was able to point out things to us that we might not have noticed as first time home buyers. She always responded quickly and was incredibly flexible with our constricting schedules. If she didn't have the answer to something, she always made sure to get us the answer as soon as she could. We will be recommending her to anyone we know who is looking for a home.
