Jamie was a rockstar!!! We called her from Florida and had her put house on the market. In three days our house sold. Because of our trust in Jamie’s professionalism we literally gave her free rein to list and sell our home. It has been a pleasure working with her and would highly recommend her.

Jame is an incredible realtor. She is so kind, patient and knowledgable about the central Ohio market. She made my move from out of state to Ohio so easy and always made me feel that she had my best interest at heart. I had been in contact with her for a bit before my move, and within 72 hours of my arrival, she had me in contract on my dream home! She's earned a lot of trust from me and my family, and we won't use anyone else. Thank you Jamie for all that you do!

I have used Jamie several times. Jamie was a huge help when I decided to sell the home that my late husband and I had lived in for 27 years. Finding a condo for me was Jamie’s second task. Of course she came through with the perfect one. Then after 13 years I was ready for a change and again called Jamie. Not only did she sell my condo, but she introduced me to a contractor and helped negotiate a deal to build my house. Jamie came back months later to walk through my home for my one year warranty assessment. There were things I hadn’t noticed that Jamie noticed and were fixed thanks to her keen eye for detail. Thank you Jamie Davis, you’re the best.

Jamie is the best! She looks out for her clients best interests, and actually listens to your preferences when searching for a new home. We have used her twice in the last ten years to both buy and sell homes, and every interaction with her has been made easy by her ability to find homes that met our needs. In both instances we sold a home and purchased another, and in both cases we were in contract faster than expected. In July of 2020 we had an offer on our home within hours of our house going live... I highly recommend her!

Jamie sold our house and found us a nice condo, then we decided to move again so I called Jamie and she sold our condo and found us a new condo in the area we requested. If anyone needs a csring and compassionate realtor, call Jamie!

We have used Jamie for both of our home purchases. When we bought our first home, we were so thankful to have her representing us. Not fully understanding the entire process at first, it was wonderful to have somebody who took the time to explain it and make us feel comfortable. She took the time to talk us through everything and we always felt that she had our best interest at heart. During the process of buying our second home, she was so patient with us. She found the perfect home in an area that we loved. We had high expectations for this home and our growing family, and what she provided to us was exactly what we were looking for. I know the importance of having a good realtor and I can honestly say that Jamie exceeded our expectations. We are so thankful to have found someone who truly put us above anything else. Highly recommend.

Jamie was fantastic to work with! I first spoke with her over the phone because I had causally liked a home online - my husband and I had entertained the idea of moving somewhere in the "near future" but didn't know exactly when. I talked with Jamie on a Wednesday, we met with her on a Saturday, our house was listed Monday evening, we had a total of 16 showings, 9 offers and were in contract on Thursday...it took ONE WEEK ONE DAY for Jamie to sell our home!!Jamie helped us find the perfect home for our family and was so flexible with working with our schedules to get us to showings to make sure that our closing dates lined up. She listened to what we wanted and provided us so many choices to look at in our price range. We can thank Jamie enough for everything she helped with and the customer service and trust she provided!
