Julian was amazing. He helped us so much over the course of 10 months to help us find our perfect home. He never got inpatient or frustrated with us for taking so long. Once we picked a home, he fought hard for us to make sure the home had updates we needed done before move in, and had my experts that he recommended for updates that couldn’t be done before closing. I would (and have) recommended him to anyone and everyone looking into buying a new home.

Julian was amazing and really helped me through every step of the process. He must have shown me 20 houses. The only reason it didn't work out is Huntington is a joke. Julian was great.

Julian was fabulous in our search. He was very patient and laid back even when we felt bad about a couple offers falling through. We finally found a great place we're really excited about. We really wanted something low maintenance in a quiet area and I believe we got that. We felt bad about dragging him all around Columbus but he was great throughout the whole process.
