Tony did a great job helping us to sell our house in Athens, Ohio. He has excellent knowledge of Athens market, was very professional, timely and responsive. He quickly responded to any questions and concerns we had about the whole process. Tony particularly went above and beyond to help us when some unexpected repairs were needed in the house while we were out of town. He is a genuinely nice guy, trying his best to help his clients. I am a first time home buyer and was initially very intimidated about the process, but finally decided it was time for me to use my VA home loan to buy a house.Zillow matched me up with Tony, and I couldn't have picked a better real estate agent. Tony was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, but most importantly, he made all so very easy. He handled everything with the seller, he handled everything with the home inspection, he even helped handle everything with MY bank to get the ball rolling.A big shoutout to the LCR Realty team, and I highly recommend Tony Servedio to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Athens, OH.

Tony went above and beyond to help us achieve our Dream. He was quick to show us the property which we knew immediately that it was our retirement home. Although it needed some work to qualify for an FHA loan Tony knew what to do to allow me to make the necessary repairs to purchase the property Even though it took a little longer to close Tony was right there every step of the way. Thanks again Tony for a JOB WELL DONE.
